Frequently Asked Questions

I have two Refresh Sessions options: a 90-minute session and a VIP Day.
The 90-minute session lasts 1 ½ hours. This is usually enough time to update one page, implement an SEO strategy, or make small tweaks to the main pages of your website.
The Refresh VIP Day is 6 hours. During this time, I can get a lot done including SEO implementation, color palette updates, and overall design refreshes. This is also a great option if you want to add 1-2 new pages to your website or switch from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1.

Once you sign the contract and pay the session invoice, I'll send you a link to schedule your Refresh Session based on the type you choose.

I can work on making edits to your existing design, check and updates your SEO optimization, or answer specific questions you have about your platform.
In a 90-minute session, I can:
- Create a list of keywords, update your SEO titles & descriptions, and fix any SEO errors
- Work through minor edits to fonts, colors, and layouts on 4 pages of your website
- Work through updating the layout of 1 page of your website
If you choose a 90-minute session you can either:
1. Join me on Zoom to give live feedback and ask questions.
2. Send me your list of prioritized requests and I’ll work behind the scenes and email you with updates and when I need feedback.
If you choose a Refresh VIP Day, we will create a list of tasks and I will work through them and email you with updates throughout the day.
Your current website needs to be on Squarespace, Kajabi, Showit, Wix, or Divi for me to make edits to your website.
If you are on another platform, but would still like to "pick my brain" or talk through business ideas with me, you can still purchase a session - I just won't be the making any edits.
Absolutely! You can submit your website for a 15-minute review and I’ll walk through your entire website and give you my recommendations on how you can improve your website.
We can then use that review as a to-do list for your Refresh session.
