The Challenge:
Rebekah is an education consultant for families who need support finding the right placement for their children and advocating for their needs.
Her business pivoted during the pandemic to focus on homeschooling, but is now growing and shifting once again.
Rebekah had created her website on Squarespace when she started her business, but with the business shifts, bringing on new team members, and wanting to make the right first impression for new clients, she needed a professional looking website that wasn’t stuffy or boring.
Rebekah had been listening to Process to Profitability for over a years and “I trusted that you would integrate the knowledge you'd been sharing into the design strategy. I knew that our "sales ethics" were aligned and that I wouldn't have to push back against someone persuading me to use tactics that weren't a good fit for my business philosophies.”
THE DESIGN PROCESS:
Phase 1: Prep
Based on Rebekah’s existing brand, inspiration, and our conversations, I created a website strategy guide that included a moodboard to direct the project. We wanted to keep some of the existing elements, but also make some changes to the color palette and logo.
Phase 2: Propose
I created a mockup of the homepage and used Rebekah’s feedback to make some small adjustments before jumping into Squarespace to develop and build the site.
