The Challenge: A Site That Looked Good, But Lacked Structure
When Hillary from Rangeline Chiropractic reached out, she already had a website design she liked—but it wasn’t delivering the experience she wanted for her patients. Navigation was clunky, key information was buried, and her team needed an easier way to manage scheduling across two clinic locations.
Plus, the site wasn’t ranking well on Google, which meant new patients weren’t finding them through search.
“Needed new hosting and additions to my site.”
With new services to highlight and a fresh page planned for practitioner recommendations, it was time for a full redesign that kept the heart of the old brand—while simplifying and modernizing the site structure for better SEO and user experience.
The Process: One Week to Rebuild, Refine, and Launch
1. Prep: Clarifying What to Keep—and What to Improve
Hillary liked her previous website’s style, so we kept the overall aesthetic and incorporated updated brand photos throughout. We adjusted the existing color palette to meet accessibility guidelines and added a few complementary tones to give the design more flexibility without losing brand recognition.
Instead of starting from scratch, we treated this as a strategic evolution—staying true to her brand while improving functionality and visibility.
2. Propose: Mapping a Patient-Friendly Journey
Once the homepage mockup was ready, Hillary’s feedback was simple:
“Looks nice!”
She requested a quick update to include her Events page in the top menu—and with that, we were ready to build.
3. Produce: Building a Complete SEO-Optimized Site
Once the layout was approved, I designed a clean, easy-to-navigate website that reflected the practice’s brand while simplifying the patient journey. The site highlights both clinic locations, clearly explains services, and makes it easy for new and returning patients to find what they need without getting lost in cluttered menus or overwhelming text.
What we included:
A welcoming Home page with clear calls to action
Services page outlining chiropractic, cupping, dry needling, acupuncture, and more
New Patients page with onboarding details and location-based scheduling
About page introducing the team and approach
Blog to support SEO and educational content
Events page to showcase workshops and classes
Recommendations page with trusted product links
Careers page for hiring support
FAQs page addressing common client concerns
Embedded Google Reviews plugin for social proof
Dual-location scheduling setup for seamless booking

4. Perfect: SEO That Supports a Growing Practice
SEO work included:
Keyword research focused on chiropractic care in her location
On-page SEO for each service and location
Meta titles, descriptions, and H1 structure
Image alt text and accessibility best practices
Fast-loading, mobile-friendly design
We also created separate scheduling paths for each location, ensuring a smoother experience for new and existing patients.
5. Propel: Continued Support for a Dual-Location Practice
During the support window, we provided strategy and small updates, including best practices for managing two schedulers and highlighting multiple types of services on the site.
The Results: Better Search Visibility and an Easier Experience for Patients
Since launching the redesigned Rangeline Chiropractic website:
Website traffic increased by 16%
45% of all traffic is now coming from organic search
Average keyword position improved from 17.38 to 10.44
27 keywords are now ranking in the top 3 Google results
49 keywords are on the first page of Google
This custom chiropractic website design now reflects the professionalism and growth of Hillary’s practice—and makes it easier for both patients and search engines to navigate.
