A Website Refresh That Helped This Naturopathic Doctor Launch Every Service with Confidence

2 Refresh VIP Days

Naturopathic Doctor

The Challenge: A Website That Felt Unfinished and Unprofessional

Dr. Lynnea Felton, NMD and Dr. Mike Gonzales, NMD, the husband-and-wife duo behind Abundance Naturopathic Medicine, had a clear mission: offer comprehensive, whole-family naturopathic care — from fertility and postpartum support to pediatrics, men’s health, acupuncture, and IV therapy.

But their website wasn’t supporting that mission.

“Unfinished, unprofessional, and unpresentable.”

They had been DIYing their Squarespace site while juggling patient care, but with their practice growing, it was time to stop patching things together. They needed a site that aligned with their brand, showcased their full scope of services, and worked without constant updates and frustration.

“Not married to anything except our contact form, our Google reviews and welcome video. Other than that you can change images, branding, color theme, add animations etc. Surprise us!!”

The Goal: Launch Every Page, Align the Brand, and Simplify the Client Journey

We kicked off this project with two full Refresh VIP Days. Their goals included:

  • A fully updated design that reflected their new brand identity

  • Launching all of their services pages so patients could clearly see the options

  • Building a comprehensive yet easy-to-navigate site that worked for fertility clients, parents, and men’s health patients alike

  • Optimizing everything for SEO and mobile

  • Refreshing the ad-driven landing page they were actively using

The Process: Two VIP Days of Strategy, Design, and SEO

During the two Refresh VIP Days, we focused on clarity, speed, and strategy:

Design & Layout

  • Used their new branding and fonts to completely rebuild the site design

  • Sourced and optimized high-quality stock images to reflect their audience and vibe

  • Created a smooth client journey across all pages and specialties

  • Customized mobile design to ensure speed and usability on every device

  • Refined the ad landing page to convert better and match the updated look

SEO Strategy

  • Researched and implemented keywords based on their different service types and geographic area

  • Optimized every page and image with relevant meta descriptions, SEO titles, and file names

  • Made sure the backend was clean, fast, and crawlable by Google

The result? A website that not only looks good, but works hard.

“I love it! It's looking great!”

The Results: More Traffic, Better SEO, and a Site Built to Grow

Once the new site went live, performance started trending in the right direction:

  • Average keyword position improved from 42 to 32

  • Website traffic increased by 36% month over month

  • Conversion rate hit 5.26% — well above industry average

  • Every single one of their services is now clearly presented and easy to book

“We’ve gotten some good feedback on the site, which is nice.”

Even more importantly, the website is no longer a barrier — it’s a tool. One that reflects their brand, supports their services, and allows them to focus on patient care with confidence.
