This expansion included bringing another doctor on board to complement her practice and creating a new website to better reflect their collective mission.
The challenge was twofold: Dr. Dunlap needed a website that accurately represented the clients she would now serve in partnership and the expansion of her practice. The transformation of her digital presence extended beyond the usual VIP Day pages to include a dedicated sales page for male clients, as well as two onboarding pages with payment options, distributed across two VIP Days. This structure allowed for comprehensive feedback and edits.

1. Strategy for Reaching a Broader Client Base
Based on Corina’s existing brand design and the new clients the business would be reaching, I created a website strategy guide that included a mood board to direct the project.
2. Homepage Mockup with Feedback Integration
I also created a mockup of the homepage and used Corina’s feedback to make some small adjustments before jumping into Kajabi to develop and build the site.
3. Building a Peaceful and SEO-Optimized Kajabi Website
The final design is a peaceful, quality and SEO-optimized website that makes it easy for customers to find out exactly what they need and then book a call to chat with Corina or her partner and then pay if they were ready to become patients.
4. Optimizing SEO and Ensuring Mobile Usability
We optimized the website for basic SEO with page titles and descriptions from the copywriter, connected the payment processors, and testing the design of the new site on mobile.
5. Propel – Providing Tools for Seamless Website Management
To ensure Dr. Corina and her team could manage the website independently, we provided a tutorial video specific to the design elements of the site and shared our extensive video tutorial library. This empowered the team to confidently make future adjustments and updates.
