The Challenge: Outdated Design, Partner Resistance, and No Online Visibility
When the owner of Axis Chiropractic & Massage Clinic officially bought out her former business partner, it marked a turning point for the clinic’s growth.
Their old website — built on Wix — was no longer cutting it. “Outdated. Cheap.” That’s how it felt, and the look didn’t reflect the professionalism of a practice that specializes in helping patients recover after car accidents.
With a fresh start came a new priority: building a brand that could grow. And that meant getting found by more people online — not just relying on word-of-mouth or outdated directories.
“I just bought out my business partner, who was reluctant to growth and change. I am ready to finally do some real online marketing and rebrand to grow my business to its full potential!”
Her goals were cleaar:
Book more consultations
Show up on Google
Get more clients without depending solely on referrals
How We Rebuilt the Axis Chiropractic Website in Just One Week
Axis Clinic needed a site that felt modern, trustworthy, and clear — all while improving visibility in search and giving Spanish-speaking clients easier access to care. That’s where the One-Week Website Design process came in.
1. Prep: Honoring the Brand While Creating Something Clean and Beautiful
The client didn’t have a specific style in mind — just a clear desire for something “clean, modern, beautiful.”
We started with her existing logo and color scheme and expanded the palette to create a contemporary, cohesive brand that would hold up across the web. From there, we selected visuals that reflected the client experience without relying on generic chiropractic stock photos.
2. Propose: First Impressions That Instantly Landed
On Day 2, I delivered the homepage mockup — and the feedback was immediate:
“Loving! It is beautiful.”
With the layout already hitting the mark, we swapped out a few initial images to better reflect the diversity of the clinic’s patients, then moved forward with building out the rest of the site.
3. Produce: Organizing Content to Drive Action and Accessibility
Axis Chiropractic’s new website was built on Squarespace and included:
Home
About
Services
FAQs
Contact
Careers
We made the entire experience easier to navigate while embedding direct phone connections and integrating their EHR system so clients could easily book or manage appointments. I also set up translation options to make the site accessible to Spanish-speaking clients — a key population for this local practice.

4. Perfect: SEO, Mobile Optimization, and Google Review Integration
With strategy at the core of the redesign, I did a full round of SEO enhancements:
Keyword research focused on car accident injury and location-based search
Optimized SEO titles and descriptions for every page
Image file names and alt text rewritten for search clarity
Set up Google Review displays
Fully mobile-optimized layout
Accessible color contrast and design throughout
Now Axis Chiropractic isn’t just showing up — they’re showing up with credibility.
5. Propel: Confidently Owning the Site Post-Launch
After launch, the client received access to the full tutorial library along with 30 days of post-launch support, which included strategy sessions, minor updates, and guidance for continued growth.
The Results: From Zero Keywords to Page-One Rankings and a 52% Boost in Conversions
Before launching the new site, Axis Chiropractic wasn’t ranking for a single keyword.
Now, they’re showing up for 5 location-specific keywords, including those focused on car accident injury treatment.
Here’s what else changed:
Website visitors up 96%
29% of all traffic now comes from organic search
52% increase in clicks on calls-to-action
3.5% overall conversion rate (above industry average)
This is exactly what happens when design and SEO strategy are combined — a beautiful website that actually books clients.
