How Much Does a New or Redesigned Website Cost in 2025?

Your website is often the first impression potential clients have of your practice - and in 2025, keeping it updated and optimized is more important than ever. An outdated or poorly designed website can turn visitors away, while a modern, user-friendly site will help you show up in search results, generate new clients, build trust with new leads and referrals, and make booking an appointment with you easy.

The cost of redesigning or building a new website can vary widely depending on several factors, including the platform you choose, the complexity of the design, and the features you need to support your business goals.

In this post, I’ll break down the costs of my website services, from quick refreshes to fully customized redesigns, so you can find the right option for your needs and budget. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to give your site a strategic upgrade, you'll find everything you need to make an informed decision.

Option 1: Custom Website Design (for New Custom Website or Full Redesign)

My most popular package is a custom website design using my one-week process. This is ideal for health and wellness consultants who need a new website or are ready to completely redesign their existing website.

Each project includes:

  • Strategy guide including a color palette that meets WCAG accessibility guidelines, font selection, mood board, and sitemap

  • Library of stock images optimized for SEO and quick loading time

  • Access to the Website Copy Generator and Workbook to help write all the copy you need for your website

  • Homepage mockup created with your branding, images, and copy so you can see exactly what the design will look like

  • Design and development of up to 8 pages of your website

  • Connection to your newsletter provider, EHR or CRM, and social media

  • SEO optimization including page titles and descriptions, image alt text, and design audit

  • Connection to Google Analytics and Search Console

  • Access to my tutorial library and a custom tutorial video for your website

  • 30 days of support after your Design Week

The investment for a custom website (up to 8 pages) is $4500 starting in Q2 of 2025 and is available for Squarespace.

“We get so many compliments from leads and clients on the site, especially that it’s user friendly. Thank you so much!”

- Dr. Jenn Moore

Option 2: Refresh VIP Day (for Comprehensive Updates to an Existing Website)

If your practice website doesn’t need a full redesign and you’re happy with your basic template and platform, the Refresh VIP is perfect for larger updates.

Each Refresh VIP Day includes 6 hours of website edits and can include:

  • SEO optimization

  • Accessibility-focused updates such as updating your color palette

  • Auditing and editing your site for more conversions or lead generation

  • Design edits to the entire site or a specific pages

Many of my previous clients choose a Refresh VIP Day when they need to add a new page to their website or make updates because their business has grown and expanded.

They are also a great option for new clients who want a designer to help them create a website that shows up on Google and gets more leads to book, but aren’t ready to invest in a custom website.

The investment is $1000 starting in Q2 of 2025 and is available for Squarespace, Wix, WordPress (Elementor or Divi), Showit, or Kajabi.

"I struggled feeling confident in sending people to my (DIY) website. I loved the idea of the VIP day over weeks and months of back and forth. Seeing my website, I’m blown away! You took my pile of word vomit and images and made them make sense! You provide the opportunity to get an amazing website in an organized and efficient way at a great value."

Option 3: 90-Minute Refresh Session Cost Overview (for Smaller Updates to an Existing Website)

The 90-minute Refresh is a great place to start when you need a designer to help you make specific updates to your website, but aren’t ready to invest 4-figures. Many of my clients choose this option when they need help making sure their website is optimized for search, need a few smaller edits to their website, or have questions about best practices and prioritizing updates.

Each Refresh Session is 90 minutes and can focus on:

  • Answering specific business and website questions

  • SEO optimization

  • Small design updates

You can either choose to join me on Zoom during the session to watch as I make edits and ask any questions that you have or you can send me your list of requests and I’ll work through them based on what’s most important.

The investment is $400 starting in Q2 of 2025 and is available for Squarespace, Wix, WordPress (Elementor or Divi), Showit, or Kajabi.

“I was excited to do some updates to my website but it had been awhile since I originally designed it so I didn’t remember how to do everything. I was able to watch the website preview video and could tell that you were knowledgeable and would be helpful. You worked so quickly and completed things in Squarespace much faster than I ever could. I have already made all of the post-call changes we discussed to my site and appreciate your help so much!”

How to Choose the Right Website Redesign Service for Your Business

When choosing how you want to update your website, there are a few things you can look at:

  • Does your website reflect your brand and expertise?

  • Are you able to navigate and make edits to your website without depending on a designer?

  • Is the mobile version of your website well designed?

  • Do you have the time to continue making updates to your website or would you rather hand it off and get everything done at once?

  • Are you making a big change in your niche?

If you aren’t sure which option is right for your health and wellness practice, the best thing you can do is to book a call to chat with me about your website needs. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about my process and help you decide the best way for you to get the most out of your investment.
