The Challenge: A Website That No Longer Matched the Practice

When Ashley Flores, founder of Four Flowers Wellness, reached out, her practice was growing—but her website hadn’t grown with it.

She had brought on an associate the year before, planned to hire again, and was preparing to expand into functional medicine services. But the site still felt dated, harder to navigate than it should be, and no longer reflected the level of care her team provided.

“I've checked out your work in the past but now you work with Divi. I brought on an associate last year and would like to bring on another this year, so I'm doubling down on my client journey and trying to increase new patient interest.”

Like many established business owners, Ashley also shared the emotional side of an outdated website:

“Insecure - it fits right in with my tendency to feel like 'never enough'. Also wishy-washy. I've flipped and flopped a bunch about how much I want to commit to my niche.”

She didn’t need to start over. She needed a strategic refresh that made the site clearer, stronger, and ready for the next stage of growth.

The Goal: Improve SEO, Simplify Navigation, and Launch a New Service

Ashley booked a Website Refresh Intensive to update the site inside Divi on WordPress while preserving the strong foundation she already had.

Her priorities were clear:

  • Refresh page designs to feel more polished and cohesive

  • Improve the client journey and navigation

  • Update SEO across the site

  • Add a dedicated Functional Medicine page

  • Create a website that supported team growth and new patient bookings

The Refresh: Cleaner Design + Better Strategy

Ashley already had a thoughtful brand direction in place, so our work focused on refining what was there and making it stronger.

She shared: “Overall like the color palette and feel, although there are parts that seem a bit amateurish. I'd like a bit more cohesive look and a bit cleaner. I'm happy with my fonts and generally with the photos. I'd like the site to be easier and clearer to navigate.”
