FAQ Friday: What is a Website Design VIP Experience, and how does it benefit my business?

If you’ve spent any time searching online for a website designer, you’ve probably come across multiple design agencies offering website design services. These design agencies are built to serve as many clients as possible and keep them on retainer indefinitely.

I designed the Website Design VIP Experience specifically so that I could work with one client at a time and focus on launching their new website quickly and empowering them to handle any edits or updates without relying on me for every little detail.

The Website Design VIP Experience is a one-week, 5-phase process that gives you a custom-designed Squarespace or Kajabi website that reflects your business, attracts right-fit leads, and gets more clients onto your calendar. Without weeks or months of back and forth emails and 47 revisions requests.

Here’s how the VIP Experience works:

✨ Prep: The first phase is all about creating a strategy for your website. At the beginning of your Design Week, you’ll get a Strategy Guide that includes a design mood board, website color palette, font selections, and sitemap. You will get a chance to review and give feedback on the Strategy Guide to make sure we’re creating a design that feels exactly like working with you does.

✨ Propose: During Days 2-3, I’ll be working behind the scenes to turn your Strategy Guide and your copy into a design that blows you away. You’ll get a mockup of your website homepage This isn’t just a wireframe (if you’ve heard that term thrown around), but a fully developed design that will show you exactly what your homepage will look like, images and copy included. (This is every client’s favorite part of the process.)

✨ Produce: Once I get your feedback on the mockup, I’ll spend your Production Day in the backend of your website building out all 4 pages of the design, as well as your blog. This includes mobile design and multiple tests to make sure everything is working perfectly. About ¾ through the day, I’ll send an email to let you know that it’s time to check out your new website and give any final feedback on it now that everything is put together.

✨ Perfect: As I wrap up your Production Day, I’ll get all the important details taken care of. This includes some basic keyword research, SEO implementation, and newsletter and scheduler connections. If you’re ready, I’ll also start your domain connection so it can process and be ready when you announce your transformed website!

✨ Propel: Once your website is finalized and your VIP Experience is wrapped up, you’ll be set up for success with a tutorial video specific to all the design elements on your site, backups of the CSS and style settings used, and access to my extensive video tutorial library. We want you (or your team) to feel confident managing your website.
